I believe that Orafaq is not for a storage document.
So we cannot expect that anyone will upload high volume file/data in it.If anyone does so he/she will be warned.
In private messaging we can be able to keep 100 messgaes.What will happen if it raise more than 100? I don't believe in deleting something.
My messages can have occupy space like a simple topic like post in a forum. So my suggestion is to make it unlimited/ storage limit in private messaging section rather than limiting it to 100 messages.

I belief disk space costs money. So, a bit of cleanup on your side should be in order.

Try this:

"Private Messaging" -> "Selected [all]" -> "Delete"
"Folder: Trash" -> "Empty Trash"

IMHO, 'Private Mail' is for exceptional activities and therefore will be not commonly used.

I strongly recommend that you do not reply to normal questions through PM. Normal questions should be posted so that the whole community can contribute to, and read from, the thread.

My standard reply to most PM is: "Please post this on the public board so others get the chance to help you out and to learn from this thread." It seems to work. My PM box hardly exceeds 10%. But then again, I regularly clean it up.
