hi all ...
iam working on sr notification ...i had a specific requrement tat whenever the SR status is upated the notification shld he triggered to 1. concern person (or) 2.the service groups which we create in CRM resource manager...
eg:
SR is created by front office girl , notification shld be trigger to the particular person & tat person does some work & changes the status of SR ..tat shld be intimated to other person ...
so ..as of me i can trigger the notifications based on the group ..or ??
i stuck at this point...
