how the data from the table(databases) can be attached to a list item permanently.

For this my dear friend you have to create a RECORD_GROUP which should be attached to your list item. But remeber you have to first populate the RECORD_GROUP in order to view your data from table in the list item.

For RECORD_GROUP and its population see FORM's help
