WEBUTIL in LOCAL MACHINE [message #257367]

I have successfully installed Web utils in oracle 9ias
(web util ver 1.0.5)

it works fine, I need some info on how to install the same on a developers machine so that some apps can be tested locally before deploying the same.

When you download the version for running on the PC there will be an installation manual in the zip file.
