Is there any trigger common to form level ,block level and item level

I dont think so and this should also not allowed, because it is logically not possible.

No? How about some of the KEY triggers (KEY-COMMIT, KEY-EXIT, KEY-HELP, ...), ON-ERROR or ON-MESSAGE triggers, PRE/POST-ITEM/BLOCK/FORM triggers?

I mean you are right that Key triggers are those kind of triggers that files on particular key event regard less of there scope.

I believe that all triggers have a 'scope'. If you create the 'same' trigger at different levels of 'scope' then they fire from the major (form) to the minor (item) going 'into' the item and from the minor to the major coming 'out of' the item.
