Hi
I need to create a standby server for 10.1.0.5 database (SPARC, Solaris 9)
I have Intel x64 server for standby. So, as far as i know - i can't use physical standby (am i right?).
There are NCLOB & LONG data types in the database. So, i can't use logical standby?
Is there any solution?

I can't buy new server right now(out of budget). But i need some kind of standby right now.
May be i can use replication as a temporary solution?
I have 10.1.0.5 database enterprise edition, and i can't upgrade it (application server if not certified for 10.2)
"Oracle Streams" in 10.1.0.5 do not support NCLOB.
May be i can use Advanced Replication?
Any suggestions?
