1/ What was the export command you executed?
2/ What is your version with 4 decimals?
3/ Is this a database created in the current version or is this and upgraded database (created in a previous version)?

Upgrade to a newer version or drop the objects that generates the error in sys.dependency$ (something like view that references views that reference view that reference the first view).

I don't know its use but never touch SYS schema unless Oracle supports tell it.
SYS schema is not yours, it is Oracle's.

I'm always, I take time on my work, on my rest to help you, so keep patient.
You have a very very old version with many bugs.
My advice is to upgrade.
I don't have your schemas, I can't make queries on your dictionary to find where it fails.
It is a recursive, I can't give each and every statement.
Upgrade or hire a consultant to make the job.

Regards
Michel

My guess .. and it is just that a guess .. is that you have created a view which if you tried to query from it would give the same error.
