hello

I'm running 10g db in UNIX. I'm not able to locate listner.ora & tnsnames.ora file in ORAQCLE_HOME/network/admin and even checked in etc directory.I have not set TNS_ADMIN path also.
Could anybody help me to locate the files. DB and listner working fine.

Your database can run fine without listener.ora & tnsnames.ora files. If you need to create them, then you should do so with netca or manually create them in $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin.

These files are optional and don't exist in default installation.
