Is there any documentation about ebs tables? I need to know the meaning od some flags and their values. Actually, I am trying to find out what are flags which make some reports to be runable or unrunable.

Have you tried the e-TRM ?.

You can access it via the Metalink.

You can access the eTRMs via this link http://etrm.oracle.com/license/MustLogin.html but you will have to supply your MetaLink userid and password first.
