Hi,
I want to import releases against a blanket Purchase order
which is created by oracle Purchasing.
can i know the mandatory columns in PO interface tables with Lookup values.

is there any API's to do this?

1.how can i import blanket purchase agreements?
what is the interface program to do this?

2.how can in import only releases for a blanket PO?
what is the interface program to do this?

Hi Karthik,
i have tried in other way to relase the blanket.
load all the data in requitision interface table with approved status then u run the create release program it will release by refering the blanket agreement.
but before running create release
your
1. approved supplier list
2. sourcing rule
3. Assign sourcing rule,
4. MRP Default assifnment set(Profile option) should be assigned
then only your release will happen automaticaly

Hi,

thank u Ananth.

My requirement is, from a 3rd party system i am importing time data(i.e., quantity for a service PO). And we will be having a
blanket purchase order and each time this data comes we have to create releases using this time data.

Hi Karthick,

I understod ur process wel,
the better way is load the release information in requisition interface.
then import the requistion by fixing the group by itemwise.
and for releasing u have to difine asl, sourching rule and assign sourcing rule then ur release will happen automaticaly one u import the requisition
