Hi All,

When Iam running a request, the concurrent programme is ending with error..when I see the log file the message Iam getting is

"ERR REP-3002:Error initializing Printer.Please make sure a printer is installed"

I dont have any printer connected to my system.

When I went thru AOL for help ..it is saying that you have to correct this from profile options ie sys admin..profile/system.

Iam not sure which option I have to give there...is it printer....unprint....If so...do I have to attach this to all my responsibilities...

Plz help me in correcting this..

How about installing a (dummy) printer? Choose any from the list (for example, HP2200) and install it.

I remember one of ancient MS Word versions wouldn't work properly if there wasn't a printer installed (no matter it didn't exist). Maybe it'll help here as well.
