Going to be upgrading Oracle form 6.0 to Forms 9i. Have all the current .fmx files, but various versions of .fmb files. Trying to match the .fmx files with the .fmb files so the upgrade will be possible (hoping all source files are on the machine). I'm going through the .fmb files and compiling them into .fmx files and then comparing them to the current .fmx files. Comparing by doing a bdiff command on the two files then visually by running the forms. I'm having problems compiling multiple files (same files w/ different version) and all with the same errors. I have not been able to find any information on the below errors other than call oracle (listed in there error reference docs). Error below:
FRM-30021: Internal error: Unable to build VGS boilerplate information.
