Reason i am working on a project. so it is urgent for me

Is is useless to report to get attention.
Nothing is urgent in forum.

If you need an urgent help, pick up your phone and call (and pay) a consultant.

Regards
Michel

Did you install the database and Developer Suite into different Oracle Homes (i.e. directories)? If not, well, you should have.

Otherwise, run the Developer Suite's "Net Configuration Assistant" which will help you to set the environment up in order to be able to proceed with what you do.

A shortcut solution (which might, or might not work) is to copy TNSNAMES.ORA and SQLNET.ORA files from the database\network\admin directory and copy them into the developer_suite\network\admin directory.

BTW, Michel only asked you not to report your own messages to get attention; those reports are visible only to the administration staff.
