Hi ,

I am working as client which has nls_lang as AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8MSWIN1252. When i tried to insert russian characters in my vb... they are displayed as junk characters.........but when i change the nls_lang parameter to RUSSIAN_CIS.CL8MSWIN1251 they are displayed correctly.
Will AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8MSWIN1252 support russian characters or should i use RUSSIAN_CIS.CL8MSWIN1251 ?
