Hi All,

While running Interface Trip Stop SRS for particular shipment the concurrant program ends with warning (version 11.5.Cool

Given below is the error message from view log:-

Returned from process request and notify: U
Unexpected Error: User-defined Exception
Process order failed for order header_id 219858
No. of OE Messages : 0
No. of OE Messages : 0
Failed to interface header 219658 to order management because API interface_header_to_OM failed
Interface Trip Stop: total stops processed:1
Stop processed for ORDER MANAGEMENT with status NORMAL: 0
Stop processed for ORDER MANAGEMENT with status WARNING: 1
Stop already interfaced for ORDER MANAGEMENT: 0

Please look into this and provide me a solution.

Hello friend,
Go to the
Order Management-> Inv Transactions - > Transactions Open Interface

These records are error out the INV Interface in a table called
"MTL_TRANSACTION_INTERFACE "

and search here for error out record.

Because each Order Line is shipped in OM that must go throuh
the INV Interface . This Window also explain you whatever may be the error.

Possible Error ::

1)-- Unable to resolve reservations
2)-- Transactions Processor Errors
3)-- Unable to resolve revisions (Item may be under Revision
Control)

Try to remove reservations for unpicked material
Check & Update the revision of Item in Ship Organization and in Master Organization

try running the 'Order Management Interface - SRS' for the trip and the log file will give you more.
