Oracle Version 9.2.6.0

Can I used the import and expd utility, If i need to import the data from one database to another.

Can anybody give me Syntax

You cant use data pump in 9i
Simply take export on your server A use SCP to copy this dump to server B and use the IMP command.

Network mode IMPDP/EXPDP availible only in 10g i guess.
