yes it is but cheaper than oracle india. if time affords you could also go to hyd and try it out there are lot of good institiutes which fits your budget

For financials they have 2 levels

1 they will teach oracle financials
2 project work.

level 2 is very important to get a job.

For LEVEL 2 14 k 45 days
