I can not find listener.ora parameter file??? [message #247007]

I can not find listener.ora parameter file???
when I check my listener.log it is indicating to a path to find my listener.ora
when I pursue the path I couldnt find listener.ora.
I know how can I create it
but it is ridiculous. how could I connect to my database using with navigator without a listener.ora parameter file????

Very easily.
With V10.2, listener.ora is no longer required.
