Interest on Over due invoices [message #245200]

Hello gurus,

A client request for interest invoice on all his overdues. I have defined all prerequisites but while trying to define the interest rate, I could not get the window referred to by the manual (Maintain interest invoice rate window). My search did not reveal where the window is. Kindly assist me to know the path to this window.

Which Version are you using?

What does it say in the User Guide?

In the documentation you are referred to go to Maintain Interest invoice window and define your interest rates and calculation method. This window is not in Receivable Navigator. In addition if you want to generate the interest invoice you are required to run interest invoice creation process, this process is not in the list of reports or program available in Receivables.

That's what the manual says.

What I would do is open the 11.5.10.2 Receivables User Guide and search on Interest. This will reveal a number of places where interest Options (Yes/No) and Rates and Periods are defined.
