I am currently trying to fill a position in the Seattle, WA area for an Oracle Application Developer with HRMS experience. Below is the job description.

Description:
Our client is looking for an Oracle Applications Developer, with a focus in the following HR Modules: HRMS, OAB, OIC, Payroll, OTL. 11i, 11.0.3, R12
- Software development using applicable languages, systems and tools
- Design and creation of relational database schemas and SQL queries
- Responding to mission-critical software problems in a rapid and high-quality fashion
- Analysis, development and documentation of technical requirements
- Technical estimation of work to be performed by self or others
- Unit testing of software modules
- Assistance in systems integration and system testing
Work with defect tracking, source code control and software release systems to ensure high-quality software releases over time

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years professional software development experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Microsoft .NET (C#, VB, ASP) development
- At least 2 years of professional experience with relational databases, preferably SQL Server, as well as at least one of the following: IIS/ASP, XML, HTML, JavaScript
- Experience as a senior member in an IT development project
- Experience with Software Engineering principles and industry practices
- Experience in how to follow, adhere to, and enhance a Software Development Life Cycle
- Ability to manage and prioritize own work load
- Ability to work collaboratively in a design team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter
- Strong research abilities
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Strong object oriented design and development skills. Exposure to UML, design patterns and an understanding of their underlying principles is a great plus.
- Working knowledge of performance tuning of relational database schema and queries
- Experience with NAnt, NDoc/Sandcastle, NUnit, FxCop, and CruiseControl
- Familiarity with AJAX, SOA, and secure coding E-Commerce or Direct Retail experience
- MSCS
