Is there any possibilty to retrieve the data deleted by "Purge Concurrent Request and/or Manager Data" concurrent request?

Dear Members,

After working with Oracle it seems that there is no way we can get the data back deleted by Purge Concurrent Managers Program.

The only thing we can do is 'Data Fix'.

And this 'Data Fix' varies from product to product and organization to organization.

So there are no standard steps in doing it.
We need to follow oracle steps to get our data fixing by logging a TAR.
