in my table have 2 field one code another one is name code is a pk i can view the records using lov.if i am do any modification in name it produce produce the error can't update.

Next time, please, do not put your question into another topic (i.e. steal it), but open a new topic. Also, use punctuation - separate sentences by a dot sign (.). The way you've written it, it is extremely difficult to read and understand your problem.
