I created tab canvas contents of three tab pages , and i have one block , i want the scroll bar be showing on the current tab page and hide from previous tab page to facilate the navigation of records

Go to the scrollbar properties of the Block and set the display on the relevant Tabpage, relevant page.
It wont repeat on any other tab page.
i think you have placed it on teh main canvas rather tan the tab pages.
check and lemme know.
