Please see attached file

When you run this file in report you see many record I want that when I click on Emp No 7369 then open form and show the same record in form so that I could edit.

Hello Kamran,

You need to pass the parameter 'empno' to the new form in which you want to see the details of the employee.

I think it is impossible which I need that is why no one is answering me...

Note: here We need that We have to pass parameter from Report to Form despite of form to report.

Have you considering storing the record identifier in the database, exiting the report and returning to the calling form, and then retrieving the record identifier from the database and displaying it?
