I have neither the time nor inclination to spoonfeed you a solution.
If others want to do your job for you, that is their choice.
You claim to be a DBA, but seem uninformed WRT Oracle & unwilling to take a clue & develop your own solution.
Perhaps you should ask the other DBAs, who you want to monitor, if they can solve this challenge for you.
