Hi
I have seen this issue appear several times here...
When I select the compile and run button the first time, my form compiles and runs successfully, but any other times afterwards, I get the HTML code that launches the form in the windows explorer. The file extension is correct on the first execution of the compile/run button (that is the file has an ".htm" extension), but the runs afterwards have an extension with a number in front of it (that is the extension has ".1htm"). This number is incremented for each time I try to compile/run the form.
I have tried installing this several times on my PC. I have installed and used the form builder on other PC before with no issues. Is there a register setting or a configuration file that I can change to correct this?
I'm using Form Builder version 9.0.4.0.19 (10g release 1?) on Windows XP version 2002 service pack 2...
Thank you
Anthony Schooler

I'm not sure this is the case, but - look at this scenario: as the first form instance works fine (i.e. it opens), you notice something and return back to Forms Builder without closing previous form instance. Then you run the form again and it doesn't open.
So: what happens if you close form instance when you don't need it any more (before running the form again)?
