Hi,

You should clear about Prepayments. If you take Payables, It would be coven under Payables itself. Prepayments, there are two types. Temporary(Can adjust against invoice) and Permanent(Caon't adjust invoice)

If it come under receivables, You should determine the accounts in Receivables activity and also enable in Payment terms. Lastly, you have todo in Oracle Order Management.

If you have any queries, put it on my inbox.

With thanks,
SMJ
