Hi ,
We are importing the customers in legacy system in to the Ebusiness suite. We do this my obtaining the customer data in csv format from the legacy system, then we load the data in to our staging tables, then we run a conversion program which validates the data in the staging table and then loads in to the oracle interface tables. Then we run the Oracle standard customer import program to import these customers.
In this method we dont have any option to upload customer contact details, roles, etc.. through the interface. Is there any specific API supplied by oracle to upload this data. Please help.
