hello
i have to do insert in a existing form but i am not able to insert data as its giving error.
FRM-40208: Form running in query mode only, Cannot change database fields.
Now what should i do to change its mode.

You have to the change the mode from : QUERY nmode to EDIT mode.

i didnt got. where i have to change it? in property pallete or through coding.

It is a startup option. Check the OPEN_FORM/NEW_FORM/CALL_FORM that opens this form or check the runtime parameters.
