List item with tabular block [message #233502]

I have tabular block form with Item list on top of this form

= tabular block has 4 items
= list item has 3 option

I insert 1st row and select item from item list
but when I insert 2nd row then list item value return back to default value there is any possibility that 2nd record keep the 1st record list item.

If I understood you correctly, perhaps POST would allow list item to collect newly added value.

Sr#	Item1		Item2		item3		   list      ( all database items)
------	---------	           ---------	          ---------            ------------
1	abc		abc		abc		xyz
2	abc		bbc		ccd

now see list item this is a item list and having 3 list in item
1. abc
2. xyz
3. bbc

in first row I post record and select xyz from list item
in 2nd row i want that xyz automatic show in list item

I see ... so, could you (in POST-RECORD trigger) store 'xyz' value into a global variable and use it in the next record (perhaps as this item's default values)?

Please see attached picture

i insert 1st row and select ABC and XYZ from list item
but when I go for 2nd row then ABC and XYZ has change it is possible that which text i select in 1st row that text will be my default text in this record.

I must admit - I didn't test what I've said in my previous post. But, did you try it? You already have all elements, just write another trigger and use this global variables' values as default values for those items.
