Is an important feature for me, an important feature for you if you don't use it?
Define what is an important feature for you.

Why do you insist that such a list exists, while at the same time offer no features that "all dba's" would embrace & agree as being important; for the most recent versions of Oracle?

I suspect that a DSS/DW DBA would value features different from a development DBA who would value features different from a Production DBA.

If you want to create doc for seminar you should go through NEW FEATURE books with EACH oracle release.

What good is that? If you are new to Oracle, you should use the latest available production version.
