Service Contracts - Extending Sublines (covered products) [message #231230]

hi All,

I am Ramesha and am into Oracle CRM support since an year now.

Can someone tell me if only a few warranty sublines (covered products) can be extended in 11.5.9? This means that the remaining sublines would be allowed to expire without any extention.

I tried to search for some help on this but nothing seems to be working. Extending a Line (warranty line) extends all the related sublines (covered products) that are about to expire.

Any help in this would be appreciated.
