Here is a technical issue regarding Oracle Asset Module
I merged the following mass addition lines:
1) A (Merged parent) > Status changed from NEW to ON HOLD
2) B (Sub asset) > Status changed from NEW to MERGED
However, I finally created these assets by Manual Additions instead of Mass Additions & decided to delete records of these merged assets.
I firstly deleted mass addition line A (Merged parent) by changing the status from ON HOLD to DELETE and run MASS ADDITIONS DELETE process to delete such record.
Thereafter, I tried to delete mass addition line B (Sub asset) by changing status from MERGED to DELETE but was not allowed to do so. I also could not perform UNDO MERGE to change status from MERGED to ON HOLD as Parent asset A was deleted. I have no way to delete mass addition line B.
Could anyone help me regarding this issue i.e. delete mass addition line B (Sub asset with status MERGED) when Merged parent was deleted and UNDO MERGE could not be perform.
