is it possible for this cenario to be done
1- logon to my domain using username and password
2- open OWBClient logon window
3- press logon button without writing the username and password for the design repository to logon to the owbclient

Yes it is, but this isn't something that's OWB specific.

There are several tools at hand (to be found on the net, try ZDNET for instance) to automate certain tasks on the o.s. level.
