Hi Gurus,

I have query a from purchasing ?

Some times when we submitting the Purchase Order for approval. It goes in INPROCESS Status but neither shown in the notification summery of Approving Authority nor the Purchase Order will open. Why is it happened ? And what are the precautions to be taken to remove the problem.

Dear Additya,

Your concurrent managers might be down. Please check that.

Thanks & Regards

You can use workflow manager to find out the activity/event in which it is pending. In case of any error, workflow will send a error message to sysadmin (or any other userid set by the administrator). Login to sysadmin user and find out the error and correct the same.

Cheers,
Sara

Just check ur approval hierarchy if all else then just run a concurrent program "synchronize local WF tables" from requests menu This program can be selected from sysadmin for OM responsibility It may take 20 to 25 mis to execute but it works well whn any PO docs are caught in IN PROCESS state
