Hi,
I have a program called SkillPro that I need to install onto a WinXP machine that resides in Active Directory.
The authenticated user has non-privileged permissions. I log on and install as privileged user, run the program and get
"ORA-03121: No Interface Driver Connected - function not Performed."
The folders that the program installs are Oralocal6i and Skillpro50.
The SkillPro Company cannot help.
Any ideas as to where to start?
