hello all,
I was installing apex and the installation was going smooth just before i had a poweroutage and when i logged in and start installation procedure ,i have errors which are as follows...
Proceeding with new installation.
PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.

ORA-01920: user name 'FLOWS_FILES' conflicts with another user or role name
