could you please tell me the difference between work arround,persanalization and custamization while implementation of oracle applications?

The difference between Work Around, Customisations and Personalization are as follows:
In Customisation you change the existing Oracle Apps Vanilla functionality as per requirments by adding or modifying the existing PL/SQL code.
In case of Personalization the features are already available, one just has to change look and feel as per their requirements. Such as in a particular form showing some fields and disabling the rest.
Work Around means finding out solution which might even result in customization.
