can someone give me a link or tutorial to know what these commands do?

app_item_property.set_property
APP_EXCEPTIONS.RECORD_LOCK_EXCEPTION
APP_EXCEPTION.Record_Lock_Error;

I can only suggest searching this website or google for the commands in your list. I did a site search of the first one and found 8 hits (excluding your question).
