I want to design this file in oracle please need your help suggest me best Idea, please note SIZE can be 10 in one sheet.

Please redefine your requirement. Do you want to display 10 records on a screen in the format shown in your spreadsheet, or do you want to write some records from the database to an Excel spreadsheet.
