I am having difficulty trying to add a new Oracle Database to the Grid Control.
The agent already exists on the UNIX server and we have other databases on that machine that are identified by the grid controller.
I have signed on as sysman, select the target tab and then the database tab. I select add and it prompted me for the server. I browsed and selected the server. The OEM grid controller then just sort of hangs at this point. It says that it will only take a few minutes but it has been more than a few hours.
Please advise.
