Hi

Through forms personalization , is it possible to change the record group clause.

In AR receipt entry I want to restrict those customers whose status is inactive.

Presently it is considering all active and inactive customers.

Through Forms customization I can do this , but client does not allows forms customization. He is insisting on forms personalization.

Can anybody help me
