A week ago I have been relocated from the Netherlands to Belgium. Due to this, our support team had to relocate my network user too. They created a user under another domain. In Windows XP, they copied the existing Dutch profile to the Belgian. All worked well except the fact that everytime I start Forms IDS (either the 9i or the 10g) it is searching for a Dutch server. Even when I hover with my mouse pointer over the "new" and "open" icons, I see TCP/IP packets being sent to the Netherlands. With a response time of half a second this means that my Forms Builder is no longer usable. Does anyone know where I can find the configuration files that make my forms builder go looking across the network?

I think Forms uses the first directory to which it has write access to store bits and pieces. It also uses the TEMP and TMP environment variables to find places to record other material. Whatever, doing this traffic all the time is very annoying.
