hi champs

my query is regarding forms deployment.
we are is in the process of forms10g deployment on AS.
but when we are accessing form from AS, we are not able to connect to database.
all settings are already defined in formsweb.cfg including db userid.
During runtime process it finds the form from server but again ask for db connection(a db logon window popups). after giving userid n password with connecting string still it's enable to connect to db.

How to check tht OC4J instance is up at serverside.
Is this OC4J issue?

Note:
db server is on.
all services are up.
We are able to connect to db thr sqlplus using same userid.

Have you solved your problem?

Are both machines on the same subnet? Are you the first people in your organisation to use AS?
