Regarding Bill Presentment Architecture, i have following queries ;
1. I have created an external template in RTF Format. I have also made xml sheet for the same. I uploaded the external template and also mapped the fields to the AR Data Source fields.
However, where do i need to attach the xml file ? I made the said external template as "Complete". I couldnt find this template while choosing the template for a rule.
2. Also, i created and attached a template using BPA. From AR invoice screen when i see the invoice, it shows the image(logo) of the company properly. However, when i see it in PDF format as a output file of the "BPA Invoice Master Print Program" it doesnt show the image(logo). Image, i have added as a content item in BPA.
Desperately need detailed inputs....
