frm-40735 then form closed [message #219265]

i'm trying to run form created by forms 10g and web_util attached to it .
everything compiled successfully but when it run
frm-40735 error raised then form closed .
the logon string is correct .

so anyone know how to solve this problem or what is the raseon????

This generic forms error message is generally followed by an Oracle error message:
eg: WHEN-BUTTON_PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-00001.

What error followed that error?

ora error follow this mesage is
just frm-40735 then ora-03114

that nean connection string not correct "not connected to oracle"
but the form was working correctely .connection is correct
i just attached web_util pll and compile form .
