How can i insert many roll nos in single record ?

i have to insert single comments when i insert or update mutiple roll nos how can i do this

What are 'roll nos'? What, exactly, is a problem here?

Once again, I have no idea what "roll nos" or "rollnos" is/are. I can't even imagine how should it look like. Can you draw it, or - perhaps - use more than one single sentence to explain the problem. I'm really sorry, but I can't help you at all. Maybe you'll be more lucky with other forum members (who understand what you are talking about).

Show us your table layout. Describe your form. Explain what it is you want to do and use AT LEAST three sentences for that.

student table contains roll no like ME-024 ME-025 ....
How can i insert these muliple roll nos in single record in another table 'userlog' colummn comments.
Comments column should insert roll nos like ME-024,ME-025,ME-026 and so on

Check this Ask Tom page about the STRAGG function, or use CONCAT_ALL function. Whichever you like should do the job.

I think the OP needs to have a subordinate (detail) table to hold the 'roll nos' for the master record.
