Hi,

i want autocompletion text feature like in excel etc ..

suppose in text field i enter "s" ..
then it show products starting from "s"..

s
salt
sandwhich
sugar

then when i press "a" .. it filter the list ..
sa
salt
sandwhich

how this could be possible .. could any one plz post a code for it. thnx

Using Java? Because, I *think* that Oracle Forms isn't capable of doing it.

Is a list of values LOV suitable? This will filter the text in that manner. You can then fill in the field with the selection from the LOV.
