Is anybody having documents for new features and processes avail in 10.5.2 as well as R12?

For R12 information, please visit MetaLink, Headlines, E-Business Suite, E-Business Suite R12 Information Center. In the Browse Product box, the Release Content Document will tell you all of the new features in R12.
I guess that there should be similar information on 10.5.2 if you are prepared to dig around for it.
I can also thoroughly recommend subscribing to Steve Chan's blog at http://blogs.oracle.com/schan/ for lots of relevant information on R12 without all of the marketing hype.
