FRM-40735 error occured [message #217597]

Hi..

I m using Developer 2k with oracle 8 personal computer. i have encountered the following error.

FRM-40735:PRE-FORM trigger raised unhandled expception ORA-06508

Please tell me what are the possible causes for that error. Its very urgent as the error occured on production system.

Here you are:

Oracle

ORA-06508 PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called

Cause: An attempt was made to call a stored program that could not be found. The program may have been dropped or incompatibly modified, or have compiled with errors.

Action: Check that all referenced programs, including their package bodies, exist and are compatible.

Have you solved your problem? What changes have you made to the system lately? Did you create something new and not migrated it to the production environment?
